Hi, I’m Violet! I am an integrative psychotherapist and coach. I am based in Hackney, London, Harold Wood, Essex, and offer online sessions. I am a warm, calming, and interactive counsellor not a ‘smile-and-nod’ therapist; my goal is to work closely with you to establish the best support for your individual needs and therapy goals. I have experience working with a wide range of client issues, so I can help individuals struggling with stress & anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma related concerns and family and relationship issues. I offer a space to unpack your distress and to feel heard, enabling you to process your feelings and difficulties in a safe way. I believe that together, we can work on getting you to a better place emotionally and mentally, so you are able to be happier with yourself, work, and relationships. My goal is to help you connect with yourself better, to feel more hopeful and to be more present in your life. I specialise in stress & anxiety, trauma, and parenting matters.
