My name is Suzie Mallett, I'm an experienced Coach, Team Manager, Registered Nurse & Project Manager. I’m able to empathetically & skilfully facilitate high quality thinking; resulting in people being able to realise their potential, convert their ideas into plans & strategy & deliver on work that make a meaningful difference. My approach is always in pursuit of connecting & engaging with people. I facilitate clear & confident thinking for individuals & bring people together by developing shared sets of values & ambition. I consistently bring warmth, positivity & meaningful connection. It’s important for me to be able to build trust with individuals & teams I work with, so they & I can work from a foundation of honesty & psychological safety. As a coach, I offer an extremely person centred & flexible approach to any organisation or individual I work for. I've very recently undertaken the Leadership Development Framework Authorisation Programme with Harthill (final authorisation complete August 2023) so coach through a Vertical Development Lens, working with meaning making to increase capacity for development.
