I love people, their stories and helping them move to where they want to get to under their own steam, expertise and wisdom. As humans we are social thinkers and at its core that’s what you will get from me: a thinking ally. I welcome all kinds of people whatever their characteristics and offer an active judgement and bias free space where we work together in trust and confidentiality to find what matters. I have a broad range of clients from all over the world and I cherish the time with each of them.

I live with my partner and her daughter in London with two cats, oodles of plants and a downstairs neighbour dog that I talk to frequently in a Juliet style. I love nature and evolution, the spaces between us, and nurturing and exploring those. I’m most like my Mother and we’re from West Cork in Ireland - beautiful, rugged, coastal joy.
