Being a Nutritional therapist, a Naturopath and a Homeopath, I have many tools in my kit to help people with their goals.Â
I like to combine those practices depending on the individual to best support them.Â
I offer personalised plans which work towards healing primarily the relationship with nourishment and additionally to work on that person's goals.Â
I work with adults, children and family and specialise in eating disorders/picky eating.
Practice and approach
The majority of my career has been working with families as a nanny.Â
I would be in the center stage of their home and would often be in charge of organising their meals.
Having experienced it and seen many families eating habits, I came to realise how our environments influence our way of eating.Â
Passionate about food, I then decided to study nutrition, followed by naturopathy and later on homeopathy.Â
Qualifications and experience
Diploma of Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM)
Diploma of Naturopathy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM)
Member of BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapist)
Registered with CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council)
