You are passionate about coaching and know the impact it can have in people's lives. You want to make it a part of your life and share your skills and passion for coaching with others. So where do you start in developing your own coaching practise? It can be hard starting out as a coach, you finish your training full of enthusiasm but the idea of finding clients and building your coaching business can seem pretty daunting. Or perhaps you completed your training but you didn't do anything with your coaching for a while and are lacking in confidence about how to get back into it. This is where The Wayfinders comes in. It's small group coaching and mentoring designed to help coaches find their way. Together we clarify what we want to offer, who to offer it to and how to set ourselves up for success. We talk about how to best articulate ourselves so our clients 'get us', and get practical around how to do shape our unique offer, discovery calls, contracting, pricing and marketing. Sharing experiences with others who are on the journey but may be in different places adds exponential support, inspiration and motivation. Sessions are fortnightly on a Thursday evening.
